To strengthen our organization, we are now looking for an Office Backup / Administrative Support who will play a central role in the business and provide important support for project management, documentation, and finance.
The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
Office Backup / Administrative Support
As an Office Backup with us, you will have a varied and responsible role supporting the business in its day-to-day operations. You will act as the hub of the office, ensuring that administration, structure, and follow-up run smoothly.
The duties include, among other things:
• documentation of projects, self-inspections, environmental plans, and reports
• administrative support for project managers and management
• handling of quotes, agreements, and customer documentation
• simple financial tasks such as invoicing, follow-ups, and compilations
• planning, structuring, and coordination of internal processes
• general office administration and support You will have an independent role with a high level of responsibility and close collaboration with others in the business.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for someone like you:
• Are structured, meticulous, and enjoy creating order
• Have experience with administrative work, preferably in construction, projects, or technology
• are comfortable with the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital document management
• have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• are self-motivated and take responsibility for completing tasks
• have a basic understanding of finance and follow-up (meritorious) You may have worked as an administrator, project assistant, office coordinator, or similar—the most important thing is that you are service-oriented, structured, and enjoy supporting others
