DAN-doors is looking for a technical sales representative who will play a central role in the company.
The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
Are you passionate about combining technical understanding with proactive and consultative sales? At DAN-doors , you will have the opportunity to represent some of the market's most robust and specialized door solutions – used in everything from industry, food production, and logistics to pharmaceuticals and retail. We are expanding our operations in Sweden and are looking for a technically strong salesperson who can develop our market position and create long-term relationships with customers across the country.
Main responsibilities
As a technical sales representative in Sweden, you will be our public face – both for existing partners and new customers. You will have a role in which you:
- visits customers throughout Sweden and manages sales processes from needs analysis to quotation and implementation
- provides advice on technical solutions for industrial doors, fire doors, hygienic doors, and special gates
- is supported by our Danish organization with technical specialists, project teams, and production
- participates in trade fairs, customer events, and other sales promotion activities
- Build up your technical product knowledge through internal training and ongoing feedback.
You will have an independent job with a great deal of freedom, a strong organization behind you, and the opportunity to create real growth in a market with great potential.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for a colleague who:
- lives within commuting distance of the office in Gothenburg
- Have solid technical understanding – preferably from the door industry, hardware industry, or related industry (a big advantage, but not a requirement)
- have experience in technical B2B sales and enjoy an advisory role
- is self-motivated, relationship-building, and motivated by customer visits and outreach sales
- can analyze customer needs and translate them into concrete solutions
- are used to working in a structured manner and seeing projects through to completion
- has a driver's license and is prepared to travel throughout Sweden
- speaks and writes Swedish at a high level and can communicate professionally in English
You may have a background as a technician, assembler, project manager, salesperson in industry, construction, or similar—but the most important thing is your technical understanding and interest in working with specialized solutions.
