#MeetTheTeam - introducing Morten, who manufactures and assembles our High Speed doors for cold and freezer rooms.
The tasks for our High Speed door team depend on which doors are on the list for the day.
Our product range includes both lightweight (conventional) High Speed doors and (as the only manufacturer in the world) also highly insulated doors with 80-160 mm door thickness for cold rooms.
Most of the High Speed doors we sell are for use in cold and freezer rooms, which places strict demands on our production process to ensure that the doors meet our high standards for quality and safety.
Freezer doors are designed with special attention to prevent ice formation, which increases the risk of accidents. An important part of Morten's job is therefore to ensure that the door frames are properly equipped with insulation and heating cables to prevent ice formation and ensure that the doors function optimally around the clock. It's a task that requires attention and precision to ensure that the doors maintain their functionality and efficiency and are safe to use in a busy everyday life.
For DAN-doors , it's a huge gift to have a team of employees who all bring positive energy to work, and Morten's warmth and cheerfulness make him an incredibly well-liked colleague in all departments.

Q: Is there anything you can tell us about yourself (that you'd like to share) that not many people know?
A: I look big and dangerous, but I'm actually gentle as a lamb (we can confirm that).
Q: If you could travel anywhere right now, where would you go?
A: Somewhere with a white beach and azure waters.
Q: Do you have a favorite quote or life philosophy that you live by?
A: If it's not funny, make it funny (and it's contagious)
Q: If you had to describe your work as a movie genre, what would it be and why?
A: A Danish classic: You have to go through a lot of tasks (the problem) before you get home to the one or ones you love (The End 😊).
