30th anniversary for a young veteran
Today is a day of celebration 🎈.
We celebrate with flags, cake 🍰 and good mood because our good colleague Jimmy is celebrating his 30th anniversary 👏👏 .
He joined DAN-doors at the age of 22 in 1995. It was the same year that Jacques Chirac became President of France, Prince Joachim became engaged to Countess Alexandra and the railway tracks between Funen and Zealand were connected in the tunnel under the Great Belt. 30 years in the same company is a really great milestone and we feel lucky that Jimmy has chosen us 🙏.
Over the years, the still-young man has followed DAN-doors' development from the inside, and he knows our story better than most. He has been part of the transition DAN-doors has gone through with new products, intelligent solutions and new markets, and he has been an important part of our journey 💪.
Today, he is responsible for coordinating and shipping our DAN-matic orders. The DAN-matic concept allows customers all over the world to buy DAN-doors' quality doors, shipped as single parts to complete door solutions, and Jimmy makes sure that everything is securely and cost-efficiently packed before it is sent to our OEM customers.
When he's not packing kit sets, he's assembling doors with Anders and Michael, and if a helping hand is needed in other departments, he's happy to step in here too. That's how lucky we are! 🤩
Jimmy has a unique ability to lift spirits as soon as he walks through the door. His friendly nature, sharp wit and infectious good humor make him incredibly well-liked by his colleagues, and no matter how busy it is, he always manages to create a positive atmosphere 🤹♂️.
Outside of work, Jimmy keeps active with running and cycling and has a philosophy that "the sun always shines on the cool". We believe it, because even the weather gods are celebrating him today with high sun and spring spirit 🌞.
Huge congratulations to Jimmy on your impressive 30th anniversary. We hope you stay with us for at least another 30 years, because what would we do without our happy Batman 🦸?
