Our CEO, Jesper Aablad, has turned 50

Last week we celebrated the 50th birthday of our CEO, Jesper Aablad.

Jesper joined DAN-doors in August 2024 with a clear ambition to strengthen our market position and future-proof the company. And it hasn't just been ambition. In a short time, Jesper has set the direction for a transformation that will equip DAN-doors for a fast-paced reality with increasing demands for both sustainability and flexibility.

With calm and determination, he has launched a number of strategic initiatives that strengthen agility, collaboration and internal anchoring - without sacrificing the values and quality that have characterized DAN-doors for decades.

People and values at the center

For Jesper, it is crucial to stick to what DAN-doors is known for: thoroughness, quality and orderliness. Our customers must be able to count on solutions that last - and relationships based on professionalism and trust.

Jesper is also keen to strengthen the culture created by the many employees with high seniority and strong professionalism. "The knowledge and experience we have gathered in-house is worth its weight in gold. It is the employees' commitment and pride in their work that makes DAN-doors a strong and quality-focused business," he says.

Clear direction for the future

In recent years, DAN-doors has increased its focus on developing solutions that meet the increasing demands for sustainability and reliability in the industry. It's not just about producing doors and gates - it's about being an active player in our customers' efforts to build responsibly and efficiently. Jesper is close to the dialog with customers and uses their input to target the development of our solutions.

Celebrate with smiles and cake

A round birthday should of course be celebrated - and it was. The day was marked with cake, high spirits and warm congratulations from colleagues. For us, it was not only a celebration of a milestone - but also an opportunity to rejoice in having a committed and visionary CEO leading the journey towards the future of DAN-doors.
