At DAN-doors , we know that your door and gate solutions are important to your day-to-day operations, and we know that ongoing maintenance should be prioritised to ensure maximum reliability. As a customer of DAN-doors , you have the option of taking out a service contract so that you can be sure that your doors are always working optimally.

Over the years, we have learned that service tasks most frequently arise in connection with collisions, and our service equipment is highly geared to handle this type of accident. In Denmark, we service collisions from day to day.

What to do in the event of a door collision

Our High Speed doors have a built-in self-repairing function, which makes it easy to get them back into the rail if they have been pushed out during impact.

If they have been subjected to a particularly hard impact, it may be necessary to manually push the canvas back into the rail.

If that doesn't work, we'll be happy to come by and get your gate up and running again.  

In the event of a collision with a hinged or sliding door, we will be happy to visit you as soon as possible to inspect the damage. In the vast majority of cases, we can repair it straight away so you can get on with your work.
