Meet our sales intern

September 5, 2024

DAN-doors Over the years, we have had several interns and students who have supplemented their education with practical experience and thus become well equipped to find their place in the labor market. This time we have welcomed Tina, who is our new intern in Sales.

Tina has a background as a design technologist and a bachelor's degree in design and business.

She comes from an office job in a construction and sewage company with tasks in social media, quality assurance and work environment, but the desire to challenge herself led her to move on to sales and marketing with a degree in Business Administration at EA Dania in Silkeborg.

It is in connection with her education that we at DAN-doors are now lucky enough to have Tina on the team for the next 10 months: "I chose to apply for an internship at DAN-doors after my dialog with Alexander, (who has contact with my internship coordinator). He told me about DAN-doorsproducts and the tasks in the sales department and I thought it sounded interesting".

It wasn't just Alexander's description of DAN-doors's sales department that appealed - it was also the desire to experience the pulse of a manufacturing company where it is possible to follow the value chain and production at close range.

During her internship at DAN-doors , Tina will get an insight into the many small and large tasks involved in the job of a salesperson. She will learn practical tools and the importance of details in an industry like ours, where even the smallest mistake can have big consequences for the customer, and we have no doubt that she will come out on the other side of the internship with a huge suitcase full of sales tools that she can take with her.

We have something to live up to, because our intern has high expectations: "I'm looking forward to learning from some of the best salespeople in the industry, putting my theoretical knowledge into practice and becoming a great salesperson on the DAN-doors team," she smiles. After just a few weeks, she has settled in well and feels well received: "I have received a warm welcome from my new colleagues. I have felt an open and strong sense of community in the company, and my colleagues have been friendly and told me that if I have any questions I should finally let them know".

It's going to be great. We can already feel it!
A big welcome to Tina.
