We want to tell you more about the people behind your doors. In 2024, we will continuously introduce our talented employees and give them the opportunity to talk about their role in DAN-doors.
Introducing Zane: A creative multi-talent
Zane joined DAN-doors in our sheet metal department in 2017. After five years operating our CNC machines, he switched to PTA where he now works as a production engineer. Some of his core tasks include CNC programming for production, but gradually he is taking on more and more 3D drawings, bringing ideas and sketches to life.
Outside of work, Zane spends time with his family and also enjoys making furniture and other practical wooden items when time allows.
Although Zane is "almost" from Australia, where he has spent most of his life, we can reveal that he was born in Papua New Guinea.
We asked him a few quick questions:
Q: What superpower would you most like to have? A: Invisibility
Q: If you could travel anywhere right now, where would you go? A: Japan! The culture and people are so interesting and the food is amazing.
Q: Do you have a favorite quote or philosophy of life? A: You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.
Q: If you had to describe your job as a movie genre, what would it be and why? A: Hmm. The perfect blend of comedy, mystery and drama...
We at DAN-doors are very happy that Zane met his Danish wife and chose to settle down in Denmark, because he is a great colleague who wears the yes hat and always shows up with a smile 🤩.
