DAN-doors' Purchasing Manager, Peter Benner, celebrates 10 year anniversary
For 10 years, Peter has been at the forefront of DAN-doors' procurement and warehouse, which we celebrated on Monday, June 10 with cake and high spirits.
Since Peter joined the DAN-doorsteam a decade ago, he has held a key position. He has shaped our sourcing and inventory strategies, and his keen analytical skills and understanding of the market have been instrumental in ensuring that over the years we have always been able to deliver the high-quality doors and gates we are known for - even during turbulent times when external factors affect the supply chain worldwide.
"For DAN-doors , it's a huge strength to have a purchasing manager who is well-liked by suppliers," says DAN-doors's Production Manager, Kim Jensen. "It's Peter's ability to anticipate market changes and his good relationships with our suppliers that have enabled us to stay ahead of the industry, so we are always able to deliver products that meet and exceed customer expectations - and at competitive prices."
As a colleague, Peter is known for his good humor and always positive attitude. He walks through the door with a smile and is always ready for a friendly chat about anything and everything, and is a highly valued colleague in all departments.
Peter lives by the principle that anything is possible and when something seems impossible, he interprets it as a challenge that just needs to be solved. It's really quite telling of who he is and it accurately reflects his approach to both life and work.
For DAN-doors , Peter's anniversary is a great milestone that we've enjoyed celebrating, and it's no secret that we're looking forward to seeing what he can do with the next ten years in the "DD family".
