#MeetTheTeam - Meet Erdogan, who creates our frames with precision and care

This time we focus on Erdogan in our Meet-The-Team feature.

With almost 17 years at DAN-doors , Erdogan is a cornerstone of our karma department, ensuring every door frame is cut and welded to perfection.

He's not the type to make a big deal of himself, and you can see that in his response to this presentation, because he may not think what he does is anything special. But we know it is, because just as our doors are made to measure, the frames have to be made to fit both the wall and the door, which requires precision and attention to detail. Erdogan delivers both and has been doing so for almost 17 years.

As a private person, he is a great family man, and his eyes light up when he talks about his grandson. He is a fantastic colleague who always comes in with a big smile and a helping hand when needed, which is worth its weight in gold in a medium-sized company like ours, where the production workload can sometimes be a bit unevenly distributed.

We asked him where he would go if all options were open and his answer was Red Square in Moscow. That answer is a good example of Erdogan's curiosity about the world and historical interest.

You couldn't ask for a better colleague, because he comes through the door with a positive outlook on life and spreads good vibes with his friendly manner, and we think he deserves a round of applause.
