Finance Manager for well-established and growing company
We are looking for an analytical and business-oriented Finance Manager for our office in Skanderborg

As Chief Financial Officer at DAN-doors , you will be part of the executive team and responsible for finance, IT, digitalization and ESG. You will lead the ongoing ERP implementation and build a value-creating KPI setup in Power BI at both company and department level. You are responsible for the day-to-day management of two finance staff and ensure the preparation and follow-up of financial statements and budgets, including presentation to the board. There is a possibility that the area of responsibility can be expanded to include administration and HR.
Versatile position with great responsibility
Your main tasks also include issuing costing guidelines for sales and production as well as risk management and continuous analysis of relevant key figures, including supporting the setup of Power BI. You will lead the optimization of processes and digitalization within finance and ensure valid ESG reporting, and you will create, implement and operate the company's currency strategy. You support the management team in achieving both common and individual goals and contribute with financial feedback to the entire company. The position also includes a number of hands-on tasks within bookkeeping, payroll and VAT etc. as well as responsibility for contact with accountants, banks, insurance, tax and lawyers.

Analytical, honest and value-creating leader
You have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing company. You have an analytical approach and a good understanding of complex relationships that enables you to recognize and exploit business opportunities. You are honest and direct, and have an assertiveness that enables you to drive change through your leadership. Close customer contact, proactive problem solving and fact-based decision making come naturally to you. Finally, you are good at spotting opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that add value.
