Become a key player in our finance team:

You will play a central role at Dan-doors, where we deliver innovative door and gate solutions to primarily food, pharma and logistics customers in Denmark and internationally. You will be part of a dedicated finance team where we value professionalism, initiative and collaboration. With your structured working methods and sharp insights, you will undoubtedly be able to make a real difference for your colleagues in everyday life.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and execution of payroll runs and reports
  • Payroll accounting
  • Ensure updated master data in the payroll system and ERP, including hiring/terminations and other payroll changes
  • Administration of reimbursements for sick pay, maternity leave, flex jobs, etc.
  • Help optimize internal processes, including creating structure and controls for payroll
  • Salary reconciliations
  • Holiday pay statements
  • Drafting employment contracts
  • Ad hoc HR/ESG reporting
  • Various tasks related to personnel administration

As part of your daily work, you will be the person colleagues turn to for personnel questions. GDPR compliance will be a focal point of all tasks.

You will have a permanent workplace in Stilling just outside Aarhus, but when it's hard to make ends meet, there will be the option to work from home.

Your profile - professional and personal skills

You are a payroll accountant with a few years of experience in payroll accounting and preferably experience with HR/HR tasks. You are able to communicate clearly and concisely, as we want all employees to be able to get clear answers to questions that may arise around payroll.

  • Can meet deadlines and ensure payroll operations in accordance with legislation, collective agreements and local agreements
  • High level of confidentiality due to sensitive personal data and GDPR
  • Experienced user of various IT tools, payroll systems (Dataløn) and experienced Excel user
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably D365
  • Have a service-minded, empathetic and welcoming approach to colleagues
  • Keeps spirits high in a busy day
  • Can work independently but also be a well-functioning member of a team
