The primary markets are Scandinavia and Germany, where DAN-doors with an extensive product range focuses on safety through solutions for fire, chill, frost and industry.

The position
DAN-doors a purchasing manager who will play a central role in strengthening the supply chain and ensuring its stability. The position needs to be filled as soon as possible.
Are you skilled at scheduling and have a good grasp of purchasing and coordinating materials? Do you have a natural overview, a sense of structure, and do you thrive on ensuring that materials and components arrive exactly when they should? If you are also motivated by building strong, reliable relationships with suppliers and ensuring a smooth flow in production, then you may be our new planner at DAN-doors.
Together with the purchasing manager, you will work closely with production, PTA, the warehouse, and the sales department.
Main tasks
Your primary responsibilities as a dispatcher at DAN-doors:
- Disposition of the company's raw materials and merchandise so that production is always optimally supported
- Net demand management and execution of daily purchases
- Coordination of shipping and freight from selected suppliers – from order to delivery
- Optimization of the ERP system D365FO and ongoing maintenance of relevant control parameters
- Price negotiation and handling of supplier agreements as needed, ensuring the best terms and stable partnerships
The ideal candidate
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably from a manufacturing company
- Have a business education in purchasing or similar
- Preferably with a professional background
- Have experience with ERP systems, preferably D365FO
- Is honest, direct, and has the impact to solve everyday challenges
- Is a proactive, systematic and practical problem solver and bases your choices on facts
- Good at identifying areas for improvement and implementing improvements
- Focuses on creating extra value
